Garvin Homes was established by Ben Garvin in 2019. Prior to launching Garvin Homes, Ben worked for two commercial general contractors in the Twin Cities as a project manager. He managed multi-million dollar projects for well-known national brands. This is where he learned how to estimate and run a job like the pros from start to finish.
Earlier on in his career, Ben estimated for a residential plumbing and HVAC company and also worked as a carpenter and installer for two different residential remodeling companies. His 18 years of industry experience have taught him what it takes to operate a construction company and build high-caliber homes.
Ben's wife Kate manages marketing and helps keep things organized behind the scenes while also caring for their two young boys.
